General Shipping and Delivery Information

  • A valid Malaysia mobile number must be provided when inputting your delivery details. This allows Gdex to contact you upon delivery or send you any "pick-up" messages.

  • Please double check the information you have entered is accurate. We are unable to make changes to your contact details and delivery address once it is placed.

  • Please be aware that scheduled delivery is not available.

 

Shipping and Delivery in semenanjung Malaysia​

  • Delivery time will range between 2 to 8 working days **

 

Shipping and Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak ​​

  • Delivery time will range between 2 to 14 working days **

  • If your order is cancelled after being placed, please note the delivery charge is non-refundable.

  • The value of all Ironsteel goods are in Malasian Ringgit. 

  • Online payments may be subject to additional charges and exchange 

  • Prices of goods are subject to the order shown on the day.

  • Please double check the product, quantity, and value of your purchase before submitting your order. We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed.

  • Once submitted, you agree to pay for the selected product on your purchase order.
